After the initial acquisition of about half of Karbon CJSC, Premier Energy Corp finally got the remaining stake, 49% of it, and the future cannot be more defined. This came after Premier Energy signed a rather binding agreement as it closed on the acquisition after making sure it had the remaining interest of Karbon CJSC from the Auxerre Trading Ltd.  The company, Premier Energy Corp. is an international oil and gas company that is U.S. based under the organization of the Florida State laws.

On the other hand, Karbon CJSC, a closed joint stock kind of company is well incorporated within the Russian Federation.  After the take over, Premier Energy owns 100 percent of the company a deal that will mean Premier oil will be in a position to utilize Karbon licenses of production and exploration of Oil and Gas for North-Kopanskoye within the Orenburg region by the Volga Urals Basin. This then is a great chance for Premier Energy to raise the required capital so that it can go ahead with the planned excursions on the existing wells as well as the drilling of new wells for production of oil in accordance to the already approved development plan of North-Kopanskoye.

The securities purchase agreement that the company entered with Rossgaz LLC is also a good investment for Premier. Rossgaz LLC works under the laws of the Russian Federation and it is a limited liability company, as well as the holder of all the securities at Speckrit LLC. The deal means that Rossgaz LLC parts with the Equity Interest, in a considered 65 million dollars worth agreement and sells it to Premier Company. With the closing of the deal, Premier Energy would have opened a new chapter of excellence and good business objectives and calculations.

For Speckrit LLC, a limited liability company was incorporated within the Russian Federation where it wields an exploration and exploitation license with a 20-year clause that was granted for South Chernushinskoye Field in 2005, in the robust Perm Region. The company owns all the existing processing and oil production facilities within the field as well as having export rights to other oil refineries in other foreign destinations.

Premier Energy is well entrenched in the oil and gas production business, all the way from North-Kopanskoye Oilfield as it aims to develop novel commercial reserves for both crude oil and natural gas. It is what the definitive acquisition of Karbon CJSC means to the future of the company, as it sets to occasion new standards in the Energy Sector across the world.
