" It is said that when you wake up in the morning you have two choices. You can continue your dream in the bed, or you can get up and make your dream become true."
Everyone has dreams and hopes but not everyone takes action to make those dreams come true. Why is that?
One of the most common reasons people never take the first step to make their dreams come true, is a lack of faith in themselves as well as mankind. Additionally, they don't believe the opportunity is real because if it sounds good, it's probably too good to be true. Many people have been told since they were small that they simply would not amount to anything worthwhile and programmed to be skeptical of all opportunities that appeared to be "too good to be true." With that in mind they make a decision early on to just not try because they could never have anything better in life. They don't believe they deserve abundance.
Every day dawns with new hope and opportunity for all human beings. The second challenge lies in recognizing those opportunities when they present themselves. Did you ever hear the story about the person who was stranded in a flood so he climbed to the roof and prayed for God to help him? Not too long after that a man in a raft came along and asked him to jump in. The man refused because he said God would help. He was blind to the opportunity in front of him to be saved. That happens so many times to people through out their life.
Many times people are afraid of success. They have been down for so long that they simply can not imagine themselves successful and the thought scares them beyond words.
All of these things we describe represent mental warfare. While everyone has dreams many stop short of ever taking the first step to accomplish what they desire.
If you fit any of these examples what can you do? There are hundreds of self help books on the market today that can be of value. You can try affirmations on a daily basis. There's even the possibility of hypnosis and seminars with motivational speakers. Exposure to any of these things can't hurt and just might help. However, I believe the most powerful tool any of us can possibly use is the power of fear of failure.
Ask yourself, what your tomorrows will look like if you keep on doing what your doing? If you don't change anything will you be any better off financially in 5 years, 10 years, or even 20 years from now. If you don't make changes what kind of home will you live in and what kind of education will you be able to provide for your children? Will you have money in the bank and experiencing financial security and time freedom? Will you be able to retire to a lifestyle that is truly comfortable and all you would dream it to be? As you ask yourself those questions and try to envision how the future looks and feels. Be honest with yourself and take a very real look at the future.
If you don't like the way it looks and feels you have just taken the first step to making a change. If it scares you to look down the road and see your life slip away to a very uncomfortable future use that fear as a motivator. Keep that vision in mind and use it as a driving force to get beyond what holds you back. Many times fear is a better motivator than the goal itself.
I recommend you take baby steps. Sit down and put a plan together to achieve your goals. Then take it one day at a time and one step at a time. Many people become paralyzed by trying to eat the whole elephant. It's one bite at a time.
Start everyday off being grateful. Make a list of everything in your life that you are grateful for and expand it daily. Everyone has problems and challenges in their life. By putting those things aside and focusing on the good in our lives we many times can begin to expect more good.
Finally, if you have had people in your life tell you that you can't, I'd suggest that you get mad and prove them wrong. You know what I'm talking about. It's a feeling that you get when someone offended you and you were determined to prove them wrong.
You are visiting this site because you would like to make some changes in your life. You obviously are either working at home currently or you would like to work at home. I'm sure you have goals and dreams that you would like to see become a reality. The bottom line is that "It's up to you." You'll have to face some fears and move beyond them. You'll have doubts that you will need to deal with. In addition you will have to believe in yourself and trust the opportunity enough to move forward. Is that a tall order? Not if you take start with baby steps one day at a time.
